Fatma Ece Demirer is a PhD candidate at the Business Administration department of Hacettepe University. She completed her master’s degree at the Business Administration department of METU and her BSc degree at the Industrial Engineering Department of Bilkent University, along with a minor degree in Economics. After graduation, she worked as an assistant brand manager for several brands in Reckitt. During her MBA study, she worked as business development and sales specialist in the Training and Simulation Technologies Division of Havelsan. Thus, she experienced organizational processes in different business sectors. In her master’s thesis, she investigated the moderating effect of yoga on the impacts of techno-invasion on workplace stress and employee wellbeing, considering the job demands-resources model.
