İlay Güvenç Pelit received her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in 2018 and subsequently began working in the private sector in the field of supply chain management. She earned her MBA degree from Hacettepe University in 2021, during which she completed her term project on logistics collaboration. As of 2023, she is pursuing a master's degree in Production and Operations Management at the Department of Business Administration, Hacettepe University. Her thesis focuses on facility location and vehicle routing within the context of humanitarian logistics. Her academic interests include logistics management and vehicle routing problems.
