Cagri Topal is a researcher and instructor at the Department of Business Administration. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MS degree in sociology both from METU and a PhD degree in organizational analysis from the University of Alberta in Canada. Among his research interests are risk construction processes and micro processes of institutionalization. He has published in several organization-focused journals, including Tamara: Journal of Critical Postmodern Organization Science, Organization Studies, and Journal of Management and Organization. He is also the author or co-author in several chapters in the edited books published by Sage, Oxford, Springer, and Routledge.
