Mert Güleç earned his Bachelor's degree from Dokuz Eylül University and an MBA from Middle East Technical University (METU). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy Studies at METU. His academic research focuses on the impact of AI in organizational contexts. Specifically, he explores the bottom-up adoption of generative AI and individual AI use to inform the development of future technology policies and regulations.
