Nefide completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Hacettepe University and her master’s degree in Business Administration at METU. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in Social Research Methodology program of Hacettepe University Institute of Population Studies. Her research interests center around group dynamics, diversity, social identity, bullying, social research methodology and quantitative research. Nefide investigated the moderating effect of diversity beliefs on the relationship between dissimilarity and entitativity in her master’s thesis.
